Said Dr Singh, The world of business is seeing unprecedented ambiguity, complexity and uncertainly. Entire business models have changed, evolving from vertical integration to virtual integration. Nimble footed smaller players are swallowing the bigger players like in case of Tata Steel buying out Corus. The world of business has transformed into a battlefield! He added that to win the tomorrow, business leaders and HR professionals will have to motivate their team by not just putting mind into the works, but also their hearts. Delivering the keynote address Mr. Arun Maira, Member Planning Commission said, There are three mega forces that are shaping our society and businesses. Everyone is seeking growth as measured in economic terms like GDP. Second, world is recognizing that all citizens have fundamental rights which cannot be ignored.
