探因中国远洋72亿巨亏:逾四成亏损为“一次性处置”–财经–人民网   自从中国远洋披露中报亏损72亿元之后,公司一度成为市场和投资者的关注焦点。对于公司2016年上半年的巨亏,市场中有着各种分析和猜测。对此,《证券日报》记者专门针对公司中报亏损一事采访了中国远洋执行董事、代总经理许遵武。   “中国远洋2016年上半年净利润为-72.09亿元,其中包括出售中散集团、佛罗伦公司产生处置损失共计24.3亿元,集装箱航运业务亏损41.86亿元,散货业务亏损7.62亿元。”许遵武向《证券日报》记者表示:“公司自从3月份重组后,散货业务就被置出上市公司了,同样,出售中散集团、佛罗伦公司的处置损失也仅此一次。因此,有31.92亿元是一次性亏损,以后年度将不会出现。”   32亿元乃一次性账面亏损   中国远洋中报显示,2016年上半年,公司实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-72.09亿元,上年同期为19.74亿元;本期扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为-48.21亿元,上年同期为-20.02 亿元。   公司回复记者亏损原因为:“受到集运市场运价水平季度低迷的影响,公司集运业务平均单箱收入同比下降23.93%,超过单箱成本降幅,加上公司重组交易带来的一次性账目影响,中国远洋实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-72.09亿元。”   中国远洋执行董事、代总经理许遵武向《证券日报》记者表示,此次亏损并非全部来自于公司集装箱航运主业。其中有24.3亿元的亏损是因为公司重组交易(出售中散集团和佛罗伦公司)带来的一次性账面影响。   此外,许遵武还向记者表示:“2016年上半年还包括1月份和2月份散货业务7.62亿元的亏损,而在3月份重组后,散货业务已经被置出上市公司。”   按照许遵武的说法,上述出售中散集团、佛罗伦公司产生处置损失的24.3亿元和散货业务7.62亿元亏损只会在2016年产生,是一次性亏损,不会影响到以后年度。   同时,2016年上半年集装箱租赁业务收入为4.77亿元,比上年同期减少了5.08亿元,同比下降51.54%。公司称,这主要由于2016年3月31日所属中远海运港口出售佛罗伦公司。   值得注意的是,中国远洋2016年上半年财务报告当期包含佛罗伦公司出售前2016年1月份至3月份的损益,去年同期包含2015年1月份至6月份的损益。   公司重组4个月省14亿元   除了上述因为重组处置资产而产生的“意外”因素致公司亏损外,公司的主营业务集装箱航运业务何时会恢复盈利也成为市场和投资者关注的重点。   对此,许遵武表示:“目前的集装箱运价是2008年以来最低的水平,在高货运量的情况下,并不合理。今年行业的运力增长虽然由去年的8.6%降至3.6%,但集装箱需求只增1.3%至2%,故仍有供应过剩的情况。”   许遵武称,今年集装箱运输市场延续去年的颓势,尽管单箱成本大幅减少,惟减幅少于单箱收入的跌幅。他强调,集团已在内地机构网络、海外公司及信息系统等方面进行整合,也就是说,预计至2016年年底能全部完成,较行业平均两年至三年的整合时间为短。   据了解,自2016年3月起,中远集团与中海集团重组后,中远集运新增原中海集运经营航线,从3月1日起,中远集运开始租入中海集运船舶投入运营,截至2016年6月30日集装箱船队自营船舶304艘,船舶运力达161.12万标准箱。   “在3月份至6月份这4个月中,公司因为重组而带来的协同效应就为公司节省了14亿元的成本。”许遵武介绍,两大航运集团重组后的协同效应体现在优化航线网络及配置运输能力、优化管理成本、优化供应商相关成本、整合集装箱船队等方面。   据了解,3月份至6月份,公司单箱成本下降13.17%,扣除燃油费的成本则下降7.07%,即相等于合共节约14亿元人民币的成本。   许遵武表示,公司的重组工作已完成七成至八成,预期至2016年年底能完成,而因重组带来的协同效应将于今年下半年和明年进一步释放。   继续发挥整合后协同效应   在许遵武看来,由于航运业的产能过剩问题仍未解决,因此,行业复苏依然有难度。而为了提升公司的业绩,许遵武向《证券日报》记者表示:“通过本次资产重组,中国远洋将成为全球领先的集装箱运输和码头服务供应商,实现从‘综合性航运服务’到专注于‘发展集装箱航运服务供应链’的战略方向转变。集装箱运输业务合并后将实现一系列协同效应,从而提升公司的竞争能力。”   “未来,公司的港口业务将通过旗下控股子公司中远海运港口充分利用重组后新集运和海洋联盟的庞大船队规模所创造的优势,强化和新集运的运营协作、战略协同。”许遵武表示:“港口业务的发展将会为公司带来稳定的收益,而且,在大力发展港口业务的同时,也能为公司的集装箱业务带来好处,如优先停靠港口、为公司招揽客户等。”   据了解,中国远洋准备在巩固在中国国内领导地位的同时,将突出国际化战略,加快码头业务全球化布局,通过扩大“一带一路”沿线的开发力度,完善全球集装箱枢纽港网络,提升对船公司和航运联盟的服务能力;并寻求投资控股码头机会,增加控股码头数目,增强控制力,更有效地提升码头组合的运营能力和效率;同时积极推进现有码头组合的整合,从而优化码头资产和管治素质。   据记者了解,中国远洋将积极地在“一带一路”的六大重点合作区域(包括东南亚、南亚、西亚、欧洲、非洲和拉美洲)中的国家和地区港口寻找投资机遇,其中重点关注地中海、东南亚、中南美和非洲。 (责编:王子侯、夏晓伦)相关的主题文章:
